Preferred microphones

You can have these microphones at your next event!

We have a wide array of microphones, and plenty back ups just in case the unthinkable happens. Microphones are the heart and soul of what’s happening on stage, the first link in the chain between the performer and the sound system! So it makes sense that this is somewhere we shouldn’t compromise. On drums we tend to use Audix mics – solid, dependable and tuned where it matters. Vocals are left in the hands of the legendary Shure SM58 – a sound everyone is familiar with. Wireless vocals are left to Sennheiser mics, and instruments are left in the trusted hands of the Shure SM57. For DI’s to link instruments such as acoustic guitars, fiddles, keyboards and synths we tend to use Art DI’s. In fact, we have an entire rack loaded with Art DI’s that sit at the front of the stage at most events.
