The silk flames are a low risk and inexpensive way of having a realistic flame effect at your event, and without having to jump through loads of health and safety nightmares, and making the load on your risk assessment much much easier! These machines are quite noisy with fans pushing air very hard to give the silk lift, so aren’t best suited to live music events where there are microphones all over the stage. However, these are definitely very suited to dance events where usually the only main source of music comes from a set of decks.
